ProfileFellowship Fellows will engage in a wide variety of advocacy efforts on behalf of children in the foster care, juvenile and criminal justice systems. Will be involved in litigation, legislative efforts, training, and policy work on issues ranging from the rights of dependent youth aging out of the foster care system to the needs of incarcerated children. Will be exposed to all aspects of Law Center's work, which includes responding to opportunities that arise through cases, crises and collaborations.
Qualification and Experience
Qualifications: In their final year of a JD Degree, JD/dual degree program, graduate degree program in law, or who are judicial law clerks, may apply.
Interview: late October 2017
Final Interview for selection: November 2017
The selection committee will make its decision in mid-November 2017.
The Fellow will be expected to begin the fellowship in September 2018.
