Duties: To assist the Litigation and Corporate Departments. To assist in performing legal research, drafting of legal cause papers, getting involved in getting-up for Hearings and Court Trials, and appearing in Court etc. To assist Partners to conduct legal due diligence and corporate exercise etc. To assist in preparing documents for whatever matters handled by the law firm.

Qualification and Experience

Qualifications: Graduate from Bar Vocational course or CLP or equivalent. Be independent, responsible and able to work efficiently. Reliable, committed to work and willing to learn. Pro-active with positive attitude. Good Time Management. Professional command (spoken and written) of English and BM. Preferable if can start immediately. Send resume.
