ProfileDomestic Violence Family Law Fellowship The Fellow will: Serve victims of domestic violence in County with incomes between 200%-400% of the Federal Poverty Guidelines or up to $20K in available financial resources in family law matters arising out of an abusive situation; Represent victims of domestic violence in protective orders, custody/visitation, and other family law cases in fast-paced litigation practice; Actively participate in the Fairfax County domestic violence services community, including attending meetings and providing outreach and training; Be an employee with an office; Be jointly supervised with DVAC Project Manager; Participate in appropriate meetings and events, and have access to resources and mentorship; Participate in DVAC Affiliated Staff coordination and meetings; Maintain records and reportable outcomes for clients and persons assisted in accordance and Fellowship policies. Stipend: $45K for the year
