Financial Analyst The candidate will prepare monthly financial reporting schedules focusing on key performance metric results and projected trends. Provide ad hoc analyses for Finance team Managers, Director of Finance, CFO, COO and senior management. Troubleshoot, investigate and resolve inquiries related to financial matters. Assist in ongoing finance reporting projects related to firm profitability, capacity management and other strategic initiatives. Assist with modeling and reporting of firm revenue forecast and budgeting needs. Support the maintenance of the Firm’s financial software and reporting tools. Ability to manage multiple projects and overall workflow, ensuring consistent methodologies and reporting practices are applied and presented. Provide financial reporting support for non-legal departments.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have Bachelor’s degree. Must have 1-4 years of related work experience. Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Word) required. Experience with Excel financial modeling and reporting. Familiarity with financial reporting software a plus. Strong written and verbal communication skills required. Strong organizational skills. Strong mathematical and analytical skills. Ability to handle and maintain confidential information. Ability to learn new concepts and skills quickly. Ability to work collaboratively on a team.
