Attorney Training & CLE Manager The candidate will be designing, implementing, and managing attorney training curricula and courses. Will be managing relationships with external training providers, including negotiating contracts and monitoring usage. Will be managing all aspects of the CLE process, including applying for CLE credit, monitoring compliance with CLE requirements, and supporting audit inquiries. Will be collaborating with the Manager of Meetings and Events, you will design and implement CLE Marathons for the Firm’s attorneys, alumni and clients. Will be working closely with the Manager of Meetings and Events to design and organize the New Associate Leadership Academy, 3rd/4th Year & Counsel Leadership Academy, and other formal training events. Will be utilizing Micron CE Manager and other software including the learning management system to manage the CLE process and training programs. Will be drafting internal communications regarding training and professional development opportunities. Will be maintaining and updating training and CLE-related content on the Firm’s intranet, as well as managing the CLE and training budgets utilizing Intellistat.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should have minimum of 3 years of attorney development experience, preferably in a large law firm or professional services environment. A JD degree is preferred. Must have exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Should have detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment. Should have demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively on a team. Must also be proactive and comfortable dealing with all levels of leadership. Should have experience with Micron CE Manager or other talent management software.
