Contracts Manager Job Description

'One of the most careful and exacting members of a business team is the contract manager. This person prepares and reviews business contracts for securing goods and services; naturally, they must do so in accordance with company policy, mindful of how contracts work and the relevant legal policies involved. Balancing public policy, the law, and the interests of the vendor require the ability to structure and negotiate with money and goods, informed by a keen and stringent business sense. Nevertheless, more than half of all contract managers work for the government, with a quarter working with the federal government. This job requires a bachelor's degree, preferably with business, and especially with a degree in business law or business administration.

Legal Contracts Manager / In House Lawyer

The candidate will manage commercial contracts for the companies suppliers / customers and report on any issues relating. Will include examining and summarizing all customer agreements in a timely manner, drafting alternative clauses where necessary and providing solutions in the event of conflict. Negotiate customer agreements in conjunction with the sales, marketing and logistics teams and update and maintain the contract database on a regular 3+ years of pqe.

Contracts Manager

The candidate will be responsible for leading the efforts associated with the Contract Life cycle Management for Sales Contracts. Will be reviewing, drafting, revising and negotiating contracts, monitoring of contract performance and compliance, recommending improvements and innovations to oversight of contract process and ensuring contract accuracy. Apply formal, best practice methodologies to develop and implement contract strategies to support the sales process. Provide input and instruction to all functions within Integra that support ongoing contract administration process. Represent the company in a manner consistent with policy and procedure at all conventions and key customer gatherings. JD degree is a plus. Bachelor's degree in business administration or related discipline from an accredited university or college is essential. Should have 5+ years of experience in surgical products sales operations experience with 2+ years of spent in a contract administration department. Should have significant experience in the sales contracting process.

Commercial Contracts Manager / Attorney

The candidate will draft agreements including include NDAs, Sales Agreements, Software/IP Licensing Agreements, Purchase/Distribution Agreements, and Advertising and Marketing Agreements (promotions/sweepstakes).
