'An aviation paralegal is a paralegal who works in the area of aviation law. Aviation paralegals assist attorneys who handle aviation-related lawsuits, as well as regulatory and corporate work regarding the aviation industry. Because aviation paralegals are not attorneys and have not been admitted to the bars of any state, aviation paralegals must always work under the direction of a practicing attorney. The kinds of tasks an aviation paralegal works on can vary from drafting court pleadings to assembling the paperwork needed for a leveraged lease transaction used to finance the acquisition of a new airplane. Aviation paralegals sometimes work for law firms that represent aviation clients. Other aviation paralegals work "in-house" for major airlines.

The candidate must have 1-2 years of experience as a Legal Executive. Should have ability to deal effectively with clients, and importantly a working knowledge of The Companies Act 2014. Experience as a Company Secretary is an advantage. Experience in dealing with company incorporations is a big plus. A Legal qualification is a plus. Experience in Aviation / Funds a plus.

Aviation Paralegal

The candidate will assist on extensive research. Will work with litigation team. Work with well note global practice and maintain confidentiality. Should have 1+ years of experience as a litigation paralegal. Must have Bachelors degree. Aviation exposure a plus.'
