The candidate should have 1-3 years of Workers Compensation experience. Admission to the Georgia Bar, as well as excellent academic and law firm credentials, are required. Must be able to autonomously handle a large volume of files and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. Defense experience is preferred.

Workers Compensation Attorney

The candidate will assist in the handling of a large Missouri and Kansas Workers Compensation docket. Will involve in client contact, close team work with partners, paralegals, Of Counsel attorneys and staff. Tasks include review of incoming correspondence and medical records as well as appearances before the Missouri and Kansas Divisions of Workers Compensation. Work into taking depositions and handling trials. Must have Kansas and Missouri law licenses and Workers' Compensation experience. Software is primarily Microsoft Office and the legal specific programs CaseMap and TABS. Worldox experience a plus.

Workers Compensation Attorney

The candidate will be responsible for all aspects of the workers compensation case, including to, evaluating the merits of a workers compensation case, providing guidance and counsel to the clients through effective communication, medical review, and negotiating, settling and litigating cases, if necessary. Must have 10 years' of experience in either defense or plaintiff's Workers Compensation work. Should possesses strong negotiation and communication skills, a firm understanding of Illinois workers compensation law, an ability to handle a large caseload, and effective leadership skills.

The candidate will be able to manage a full caseload of workers' compensation cases of varying degrees of complexity. Will be opening new files, creating litigation plans, conducting discovery, making court appearances, and trying cases while maintaining exceptional client interaction. Must be admitted to the State Bar of California. Must have active California State Bar membership in good standing. Must have Juris Doctor degree. Must have 2+ years of experience as Attorney. Workers' Compensation experience is preferred.
