Construction Partner/Counsel

The candidate should have a book of business and with significant experience in representing small owners, general contractors, subcontractors, material suppliers, architects, engineers, and constructors of major projects in all facets of the construction industry from contract planning and negotiations to claims avoidance and resolution through to project closeout. Should have experience litigating, arbitrating, mediating, and counseling clients on risk management, dispute avoidance, and alternative dispute resolution. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. The ideal candidate should also have extensive experience working across a wide range of disciplines that will enable us to better serve clients in the construction industry.

Senior Construction Partner 

The candidate should have 15 years of experience working on energy, infrastructure and project finance matters. Experience with P3, EPC and procurement will be of value.

Non-contentious Construction Partner

The candidate must have either a non-contentious focused practice, or a mixed non-contentious/contentious practice and comfortable in handling all aspects of a construction project - from inception through all stages of a project through to post-completion issues. Some client following is necessary.
