EE Patent Attorney

The candidate should have 1-4 years of electronics and computer patent experience. Must have a degree in electrical engineering (although stellar Physics/CS candidates will be considered). Wireless communications experience is very desirable. Industry experience and/or large firm experience a plus. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.

Patent Attorney

The ideal candidates should have large law firm experience with 1+ years of patent prosecution or patent litigation experience as well as an undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, Chemistry or Physics. Should ideally be licensed in any state and must be registered with the USPTO and have excellent academic credentials. Large law firm experience is required. The candidate should preferably be licensed in Texas and be registered with the U.S. Patent Office. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar. Should have a B.S., M.S. or Ph.D. in electrical engineering, computer science, mechanical engineering, aerospace engineering, or computer engineering, and have 1+ years of experience in preparation and prosecution of patent applications in the electrical, mechanical, aerospace engineering, computer engineering, computer science and/or telecommunication arts.

Patent Attorney

The candidate will focus on patent preparation and prosecution and litigation support in the Computer Engineering/ Computer Science realm. Computer Science and/or Computer Engineering degree required. Must have 1-5 years of relevant experience. US Patent and Trademark Office admission required.

The candidate should have 1-3 years of experience. A strong chemistry background is required, and a Ph.D. degree in chemistry is preferred. Must have a J.D. degree from an ABA-approved law school and be an active member in good standing of the Bar.
