The staff should have more time to work on their assigned duties. They should be rewarded for the work they perform through promotions and raises.

The environment of the firm is very pleasant. Co-workers are inclined to make conversation to create a friendly atmosphere. A sudden change in management has affected work staff morale. Learning opportunities have been widely passed on to me. A growth of mergers has led to an increase in clientele.

The working environment can sometimes be hostile. Raises and promotions are not given very frequently. Many responsibilities are handed to the workers.
