this job is super exciting for me. i get to learn a lot of stuff that i know benefits my future. its not boring and definitely fast-paced and can be overwhelming. the teams are broken down by department. its some law but mostly a lot of tasking projects and production of filings and evidence for attorneys to review. the culture feels very family oriented. the owners and managers certainly care for their people and are easy to talk to. But in order to succeed here, you have to work. if you like to move slow and take a lot of breaks, this will not be a good job
sometimes too overwhelming. staff shortages dont help. expectations sometimes feel unobtainable. no cellphones at desks
all the partners are very nice and helpful.
the challenges are fun. there are some very smart people at this company and they challenge us to become better
