I have worked for big and small companies and I was afraid that after deciding to resign from my job of 15 years and after commuting for 4 of those years, I would not find a workplace with the same goals and work environment. From day one and after 3 months of employment, this is still the place I want to grow roots at.Clearwater Law Group is an ethical company that cares about their clients and employees. They have great attorneys that will fight for you to the best of their abilities and the owners are amazing people to work for. One of the things I appreciate is that they hold monthly productive and FUN meetings (with yummy lunch is a plus) to go over important things and to address office concerns and comments.ProsBosses that care. Great environment. Free food, snacks, beverages is a little plus.ConsStressful but it is the nature of the job with high rewards.
