A paycheck and a low one.ConsPulling into the parking lot. I gave it one star because I couldnt go any lower. Ive read the other reviews and they talk about gossip and employees. The employees are great, its management here that absolutely sucks. PTO? Yeah after youve worked three months, until then, you get NOTHING. It doesnt even start accruing until after three months. Pay? Worst in the Lowcountry. Upper management? She doesnt even know your name. Its a horrible work environment. You even gave to bring your own coffee. Ive never seen anything like this place and hope I never do again. Dont be tempted by the flashing sign saying Legal Assistants Wanted! And thats demeaning, but its the way employees are treated, herded in and herded out. Employees are treated like you would expect an ambulance chaser to treat them. Its awful, just awful.Advice to ManagementGive a damn. Employees are not chattel and you are not the reigning queen.
