There is a need for a restructuring of management. The salary should be increased. Staff should be offered opportunities to grow and advance in their position.

The law firm environment is full of staff and attorneys who are kind. The partners are openly willing to share their knowledge with the staff. The workload is high and results in constant hiring.

The amount of dollars per hour of billing is high. The salary payment is very low. There is a disproportion of partners and associates.
