You lawyers should know what a "Bill of Lading" is if they want to be called a "business law firm"

If you want to plunder a minority sharre owners , even at thr grave detriment to uour own business shares, saul.com is the place for you!! if you want your business to travel cross country without any documentation, saul.com is the firm for you, one willing to have your assets plundered during transport, just to screw a minority share older, aul.com is your kind of firm'n

They will destroy the value of your company just to please their pocketbooks and your errant , misguided ideas about your own company---- Saul.com is willing to lie on the stand about your company, stating things like "i did not know the business was appraised" when you just paid thousands to have an official appraisal, just to help you ship it cross country without any paperwork to denote what was being shipped.

The Chicago office for their attempts to plunder their own clients asset's value.

They will lie for you, and not use common sense , to raise and not squash the value of your business

The firm needs to downsize or create more opportunities for employees to advancement. This firm is large so it seems this cannot be remedied as much.

This firm goes above expectations to make you feel at home. With accommodating workspaces, flexible hours, and a great staff its second nature to expand your abilities as an attorney here.

Finding advancement opportunities within the firm is challenging. This firm is growing very rapidly, competition is fierce. As time goes on it's becoming much more difficult to advance within the firm because of this.

Diversity Write a review

While Saul Ewing convened its first Diversity Committee in the mid-1990s, the effort intensified in 2001 when the Committee was restructured to include key decision makers. Next, the Firm retained Dr. Arin Reeves of the Athens Group, who conducted a needs assessment and talked to attorneys and staff and gleaned information that resulted in Saul Ewing's Strategic Plan for Diversity.

An eleven-member Diversity Committee pursues the plan's goals and objectives. One of the Committee's traditions has become the Firm's Annual Diversity Retreat, a popular event that is held each Fall and draws attorneys from throughout the Firm. In 2008, conversations among Diversity Committee members led to the establishment of our Women's Development Initiative, and, in 2011, the Diversity Committee inspired a second affinity group, our LGBT (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual and Transgender) Group. The Firm is proud of its accomplishments and how Firm management has made diversity a key business priority.
