5.Current EmployeeGreat place to work!Attorney RecommendProsCollegiality, collaboration, equity, challenging, funConsIt's a large firm so there are many people to get to know!
Nice location.
Associates have no client contact. Partners hog all the good work. Hours requirement is quite high and the compensation is mediocre. They do not do a good job of directing work, so there are times it's hard to make hours and times it's chaos.
Several of the LA partners have an apparent drinking issue. Watch out for them, especially in the afternoon.
The most convincing contention at first is to expand Associate Compensation, increment Associate Bonus Opportunities. I feel it would likewise be appropriate to make a reasonable and detectable association structure for partners and new representatives. This would also furnish partners with more customer correspondence openings. Additionally, it would help take care of issues and make it all the more inviting for others that just got into the firm.
I have worked here and have adored the experience and the general population. The most imperative part has been being a part of an incredible group that can have a major effect for the Firm and our customers. The workplace is loaded with congenial accomplices, neighborly lawyers, and a relaxed environment that is welcoming to everyone.
Compensation is lower than the business standard, however, the positive and helpful workplace, including different advantages (free dinners, free parking) compensate for it. The salary is modest with regards to profit and pay. Beginning compensation for the first-year Associate is not aggressive. The workload at times can get extremely requesting and it can be overwhelming until when you get accustomed to it.
Thank you.
