Contract attorneys work on behalf of companies or individuals to ensure that agreements are made and enforced in a fair way. Reviewing and drafting of contracts forms an essential part of an attorney\\\'s duties. Attorneys can also offer their services in case of broken, misunderstood or non-existing contracts.
