A Corporate Attorney is employed by the business houses or corporations. Universities and Private firms are also an option. An undergraduate degree followed by three years of law school and passing a State Bar examination is required. Law students pursuing corporate law studies can also opt for more related courses such as: Corporate Finance Law; Contracts and Bargaining; Negotiating commercial transaction documents; Banking law, Contracts; Entrepreneurship Law; Finance of Real and Personal Property; Exchange and Liability; International Securities Regulation; and White Collar Crime.
Partnership prospects are bright for the corporate attorneys in law firms. Investment banking and teaching are some other options that suit their qualifications.
