A law degree coupled with a State Bar registration are the basic requirements for the position. J.D. degree is required which can be obtained after three years of full time or four years of part-time study. Proficiency in writing and speaking, reading, researching, analyzing, and thinking logically skills are essential to make it big in this profession.
