According to the Montgomery Advertiser, Burr & Forman LLP has merged with the central Florida firm of Graham, Builder, Jones, Pratt & Marks LLP.

Burr &Forman has offices in Montgomery, Birmingham, Atlanta and throughout the Southeast.

The new firm will be Burr & Forman, the article said.

In a firm press release, Lee Thuston, the managing partner of Burr & Forman, said "We are excited to welcome this talented group of lawyers to our firm and expand our legal resources into Florida."
