Sherman & Howard Merges with Mohr Hackett

Denver-based firm Sherman & Howard has merged with Phoenix-based Mohr, Hackett, Pederson, Blakley & Randolph. In the process, a ninth office has been added and six attorneys have been swept away from Netzorg, McKeever, Koclanes & Bernhardt, a litigation boutique.

According to The National Law Journal, this brings Sherman & Howard's total attorney count to 190 in Colorado, Arizona, Nevada, and Missouri.

Previously, Sherman & Howard had five attorneys in its Phoenix office.

In a separate deal, six attorneys specializing in litigation and appellate work from Netzorg McKeever have joined Sherman & Howard's Denver office as well.
