Associates are eligible for an annual bonus upon achieving the bonus program goals. Intermediate associates are eligible for a merit bonus based on the associate’s overall performance, including nonbillable firm activities, pro bono work, and marketing efforts. Williams Mullen reimburses first-year associates for the bar/BRI review course fees, MPRE course fees, and bar examination application fees. Other benefits include:
