Thompson Coburn LLP is a result of the 1996 merger between St. Louis-based Thompson & Mitchell and Coburn & Croft. The firm’s attorneys provide counseling on corporate/transactional and litigation matters. The firm recruits from nearly 20 law schools across the nation and also participates in regional diversity hiring programs such as the Harvard Black Law Student Association (BLSA) Job Fair. The firm makes hiring significant numbers of women and minority students a priority.
