Compensation includes a competitive base salary with tiered bonuses. The firm pays the application fee for the Massachusetts Bar exam, the cost of a bar review course, bar association membership dues, and fees associated with CLE seminars and other professional programs. The firm pays Summer Associates the equivalent of a first-year associate’s base salary (before bonus). Other benefits include:
