The firm seeks 2L students with good academic abilities and strong writing and interpersonal skills. The firm encourages 1L students to apply to its summer associate program. The firm hires 1L students during the spring on the basis of their undergraduate grades as well as prior employment, extracurricular activities, and an overall assessment of whether a candidate has a well-rounded background and strong interpersonal skills.
