Summer Associate Program
The firm does not have specified minimum class rank or GPA requirements, although it looks for candidates with excellent academic records and strong communication and interpersonal skills. Active participation in law review or moot court, as well as prior work experience, will also make a candidate highly qualified for the summer program. The hiring partner annually makes the choice of first-year law student hires based on the firm’s recruiting needs.

Benefits/Package/Supplemental Compensation10, 11
Entry-level associates receive a stipend equivalent to one month’s salary for bar preparation and are reimbursed for bar exam registration fees. Associates who have worked at the firm for at least six months in a calendar year are eligible to participate in the firm’s hours-based bonus program.
