From a two-person law office established in 1890 in Philadelphia, the firm has grown to a sophisticated, large law firm with a national and international practice. The firm also hires first-year students, although the number varies from year to year.
Benefits/Package/Supplemental Compensation9, 10
The firm offers two bonus programs for associates: a guaranteed-hours bonus and a discretionary bonus based on performance. Associates with 2,000 qualifying hours receive a bonus of $10,000, while those with 2,100 qualifying hours receive an additional $5,000, for a total bonus of $15,000. Associates with 2,200 qualifying hours receive another additional $5,000, for a total bonus of $20,000. Other benefits include:
