The firm offers a salary advance to all incoming associates and also offers reimbursements for moving expenses, bar review courses, bar examination fees, and bar association dues. Lawyers who join the firm after completing a judicial clerkship receive a bonus of $50,000. Those who have completed a clerkship of two years or more receive a $70,000 bonus. Other benefits include:
