Summer Associate Program
Students are selected based on their academic achievement. They should have strong interpersonal and oral/written communications skills. First and second-year law students can apply for the program.

Benefits/Package/Supplemental Compensation7, 8
Compensation includes a $50,000 bonus for a one-year clerkship and a $70,000 bonus for a twoyear clerkship payable to associates who join the firm immediately upon completion of a clerkship. In addition, judicial clerks are eligible to receive up to one year of class credit for compensation purposes. U.S. Supreme Court Clerks are eligible for a competitive bonus and for class-year credit. Judicial clerks are also eligible for a generous stipend to assist with bar exam preparation, review courses, and bar-application expenses. New associates may also be eligible for a $20,000 bonus upon completion of a J.D. /MBA or MBA degree when they join the Firm. Other benefits include:
