Compensation includes a year-end bonus based on a series of criteria designed to assess each associate’s contributions to the firm and the community at large. After the completion of one year with the firm, associates’ salaries are determined based upon merit, with a focus on the quality and quantity of each individual’s work and efforts on behalf of the firm.
