About the Firm
This is the largest law firm in Philadelphia, with 22 offices spanning the U.S., Europe, and Asia. The firm’s reach extends far beyond the City of Brotherly Love. Its multiple practice areas run the gamut from criminal defense to international trade and include strengths in M&A, employment law, and a burgeoning IP practice. This private partnership firm employs more than 1,400 lawyers catering to prominent manufacturing, financial services, and investment banking organizations and leaders in biotechnology and e-commerce—all part of the Fortune 250 list. The firm is flexible in terms of the working hours, schedules, and diverse backgrounds that its lawyers enjoy and shows great involvement with the environment it works in by treating pro bono work as billable hours.
