Hiring Criteria4-6
The firm seeks candidates with undergraduate and law school GPAs of 3.0 or higher and in the top third of their graduating classes. They should also possess superior writing skills. In addition, law school candidates will be preferred if they possess a master’s degree or Ph.D. featuring a biology background and a technical background sufficient to sit for the Patent and Trademark Office Bar Exam. In addition to advanced degrees and technical work experience, the firm prefers candidates with good leadership and communication skills.
