Compensation includes merit-based bonuses. To receive current payment of a merit bonus, a fulltime, full-year associate must have a minimum of 2,100 billable and qualified pro bono hours. The firm allows associates who bill over 2,000 hours but less than 2,100 hours to “bank” the hours over 2,000 to be counted the following year for bonus purposes. Other benefits include:
