Summer Associate Program
The firm does not visit law schools during the fall recruiting season, but invites students to submit a cover letter, resume, and official or unofficial copy of law-school transcripts to its attorney recruiting office. First-year students are hired from a bar-association diversity program.

Entry-level associates are paid a $7,000 stipend to cover the fee for the bar exam, the bar review course, and living expenses while studying for the bar exam. In addition to the following benefits, the firm also sponsors an “Always Connected” program.
