About the Firm
The firm splits its full-service business into several practice areas including business law, oil & gas law, construction law, insurance law, administrative law, labor & employment, real estate, litigation, and estate planning. New associates can expect to have immediate client contact, substantial responsibility, and a sizable case load. The firm’s compensation package is competitive with comparable firms in respective areas. Billable-hour expectations are very manageable, and attorneys receive up to 50 hours of billable credit for pro bono matters. The firm uses an automatic lockstep increase; raises are effective October 1 of each year.

The firm seeks students with a strong academic background. Participation in law review, moot court, or other law school activities along with prior work experience are all considered in the selection process.
