Associates are compensated on a salary basis and are paid twice a month. Associates who exceed the minimum expectations in accordance with the firm’s bonus policy are eligible for annual performance bonuses. All dues, including section fees, are paid for the Oklahoma, Tulsa, and Cleveland County Bar Associations and for the American Bar Association. The firm also pays all bar examination expenses and will pay for one comprehensive bar review course for new Associates. Other benefits include:
