Compensation includes productivity supplements, cash bonuses, and merit-based salary increases. Judicial clerks receive a $20,000 signing-bonus, and incoming first-year associates who have passed the patent bar prior to joining the firm earn a $10,000 signing-bonus. Other benefits include:
