Moot court, extracurricular activities, work experience, and writing and clerkship journal experiences are considered. Those with degrees in engineering, computer science, or advanced biotech are considered for IP practice.

Compensation includes a performance-based bonus, a $5,000 signing-bonus, and reimbursement
of bar expenses. Entry-level associates receive a $3,500 bar allowance. Associates also receive a
