Moot court, extracurricular activities, work experience, and writing and clerkship journal experiences are considered. Those with degrees in engineering, computer science, or advanced biotech are considered for IP practice.

Benefits/Package/Supplemental Compensation11, 12
Compensation includes a performance-based bonus, a $5,000 signing-bonus, and reimbursement
of bar expenses. Entry-level associates receive a $3,500 bar allowance. Associates also receive a
professional-development allowance, paid parking or pre-tax commuter benefit, and a merit bonus
(after year one) at the end of the fiscal year. Other benefits include:
