Job Profile
Orlando office seeks mid-level corporate/securities attorney having 6-8 years of experience representing public and private companies, including publicly offered real estate investment trusts, in various business transactions, including formation, public securities offerings, private placements, merger and acquisitions, joint ventures, financing, strategic alliances, ongoing securities compliance and general transactional and client counseling experience. The candidate should have the ability to provide advice on corporate governance matters, reporting obligations under the Securities Exchange Act of 1934, stock exchange rules, Blue Sky filings and compliance with applicable regulations of the Financial Industry Authority (FINRA). Existing book of business would be a plus. Must be a member of the Florida Bar.
