Dallas office seeks a highly qualified mid-level associate to join their Real Estate Investment, Development and Finance Practice. The ideal candidate will have 4-5 years complex commercial real estate/finance experience such as acquisition and development transactions, real estate secured financing, commercial leasing, partnerships and joint ventures, and workouts and foreclosures. Skills required include basic conveyancing, title insurance negotiations, document drafting and negotiations, and due diligence coordination and analysis. Outstanding academic achievement, excellent oral and written communication skills and a commitment to providing the highest quality client service is required. Prior experience in a sophisticated law firm practice preferred.
