Real Estate Paralegal The candidate must have 7+ years of solid experience in complex, high intensity, high value Commercial Real Estate and Finance transactions, that includes portfolio lending, acquisitions, leases, and Mortgage loans. Extensive experience reviewing title, surveys, and other diligence materials, creating and monitoring closing checklists, Drafting loan documents, preparing closing binders, conducting real estate closings, collection and control of documents, and coordination of all other aspects of closings is required. Degree is required.
