Paris office seeks a class of 2007-2010 capital markets attorney. Candidate should have a strong background in U.S. federal securities laws and solid transactional experience executing capital markets transactions. A strong candidate will have experience with equity and debt, ideally in both public and private transactions. French proficiency required. U.S. J.D. and admission to the New York State Bar required.
