Litigation Legal Assistant The candidate must have 4+ years of experience working within a fast-paced, cooperative law firm environment. Should have experience managing electronic document databases and must have sophisticated knowledge of Summation and Trial Director. Should also have experience Drafting a variety of litigation documents, including notices of deposition and motion, subpoenas and other discovery documents. Should have the ability to search various litigation databases in order to cull information related to case Management. Candidates with exposure to Financial institutions and probate matters are preferred.
