Assistant United States Attorney
The candidate will have the opportunity to represent the interests of the United States of America in the United States District Court for the District of Arizona and the United States Court of Appeals for the Ninth Circuit. Will immediately undertake numerous cases, many high profile, in any of several units within each division.
Qualification and Experience
The candidate should possess a J.D. degree, be an active member of the Var (any jurisdiction), possess superior oral and written communication skills, as well as strong character and interpersonal skills, and have demonstrated the capacity to function, with minimal guidance, in a highly demanding environment. Preferred experience would include experience managing large complex conspiracy investigations, substantial trial experience, appellate experience and violent crime experience. Investigative grand jury and wiretap experience also would be helpful. Must work well with client agencies. Travel throughout Arizona and nation-wide may be necessary.
