The candidate will support the needs of the IP Practice Group, particularly with regard to both billable and non-billable patent prosecution related matters throughout the firm. Should have a J.D. degree from an accredited law school. Should also have a technical degree in Electrical Engineering. Must have 3-5 years of prior intellectual property experience. Should have licensure from at least one jurisdiction. Patent Bar registration is a plus. Must have excellent legal research, writing, and interpersonal skills.
