Job Profile. Municipal Leasing Operations Manager - Equipment Finance and Leasing
The candidate will be responsible for managing a team of 5-10 individuals performing routine and non-routine administrative, operations, and service support tasks. Will be responsible for providing direct management, coaching, and activity oversight for origination (direct, 3rd party, portfolio) by assigned sales team(s) and vertical segments. Should preferably have a Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance or Economics, MBA, Law degree or formal paralegal certification, or equivalent equipment leasing/documentation knowledge and experience. Must have 8+ years of pqe in specialized financial services operations with 2 years of supervisory experience. Should preferably have 5+ years of government leasing industry experience with demonstrated cross-functional knowledge of the equipment leasing specialty. Should preferably also have 3-5 years of prior people and workflow/process management experience. Prior direct client interface experience, including client negotiations and/or problem management desired.
