Job Profile Assistant General Counsel
The candidate will perform and manage legal projects within a system presenting a variety of legal issues and matters including: patient care issues; end of life issues; physician-hospital agreements; mergers and acquisitions; joint ventures; independent contractor agreements; general employment agreements; purchase contracts; managed care contracts; research; and compliance issues. Must have a law degree from an accredited law school and be licensed to practice law in the State of Arkansas. Must have 15+ years of experience in the practice of law and legal experience in health, real estate, and transaction law.
