Intermediate Litigation Paralegal The candidate will be responsible for organizing and maintaining document productions, reviews and databases; basic fact-gathering and investigations; assisting with General acquisition, organization, review and analysis; preparing subpoenas and other discovery documents and supervising the discovery process; interacting with Court Clerks, Process Servers and Vendors; assisting attorneys with Trial preparation and actual Trial; blue book and cite checking and Legal document review. Will utilize computer databases(including CaseMap and Summation) to organize, store and access information. Must have Paralegal Certificate with 6+ years of complex Commercial litigation experience. Should have Trial and hearing experience and be familiar with the Maryland Court Systems. Must be knowledgeable in e-discovery.
