Job Title		Legal Staff/Banking

Job Profile		Paralegal The applicant will be responsible for preparing and executing all legal procedures on accounts, from filing of suit, to entering of judgment, and post judgment enforcement. Handle primarily County Court work, filing suits, Default Judgment Preparation, ensuring the entering of judgments, Satisfactions of Judgment, Dismissals, Stipulations for Entry of Judgment and other court documents. Analyze and audit processes in order to make necessary changes to maintain performance standards. Maintain follow-up records relating to legal matters in process and ensure that legal requirements and deadlines are met. Sort and distribute mail, sign for deliveries and notify personnel of deliveries. Law office duties as assigned. 1-5 years of related experience is required. Experience in consumer commercial debt collection is required. Equivalent combination of education or experience is needed. Excellent Data Base, Microsoft Office Products. Commercial Legal Software knowledge is a plus. Knowledge of collection legal industry is required. Legal Solutions knowledge is a plus. Word Perfect skills are needed.
